Did I pack enough for my car trip/week vacation with my puppy?

I have an almost 12 week old maltese puppy. She’s very tiny. In about 2 weeks we will be traveling by car to a cottage. This is what I am planning to bring (is it enough/too much? What else should I bring?)

Well if i can remember before, you mentioned about the lake too so for that you should bring some towels, and in case she gets dirty bring her some pet shampoo. Other then that i am sure it is fine but always watch what she is doing, in case she gets into garbage or swallows something she isn’t suppose too. Make sure you have her vaccinations records incase something like that does happen then the closest vet will know what she needs and it will show what she has had already!
